No Humans Involved - Kelley Armstrong This one did much better than the previous one. The plot wasn't anywhere near so predictable to me, and I just found this character really endearing and likable. I'm wondering if the previous book was weaker because the author had only revisited the previous character out of a sense of obligation to fans, rather than a real desire. At any rate, this one was fantastic. It made me laugh, had a steamy romance, it was suspenseful, and it was so hard to put it down.
